I have been taught va...Little confused on this one. I have been taught various versions of the surya namaskar-some of them had the chaturanga dandasana and some of them had the ashtanga namaskar. (Both of them have the number of limbs touching the ground):-) for chaturanga dandasana-its the feet and the hands touching the ground.
