The sound is also from the original nirguna mantra so-ham (from which the word hamsa -- the free spirit) comes. as in paramahamsa. And in yogic literature it is the inner sound of your own breath which flows... it is also means I am That:) So, I don't know what to say about all that... <br />In depression avoid ujjayi -- because it lowers blood pressure -- low bp associated with depression.
