For the wheel walk, u must start with the advanced lifting hand and lifting leg variation. That gets u out of the zone of disorientation that is natural in advanced wheel poses. Once that goes, invariably u can learn to walk. Tomorrow more on which direction you must start first:)

There is a wheel-walk?!
Of course, u can walk back and forth, both with individual challenges, in the wheel pose. Exciting! Will post my students doing it soon:)
