Today's yogic tip

Everybody is asking me how Jit, my student, does that marvellous locust. Mmmm, even I am (and he is, too) clueless. My locust is the weakest of all my poses.. but lately, with a bit of help from Biki, I have cracked this: If you exert from the wrists, so the pressure builds up from the lower arms, passes to upper arms and shoulders, you can hold up a bit longer, more comfortably.
