Lol, nobody answered my question. I was telling a student today how I am sooo intimidating that nobody posts comments, or even answers. Either that, are you all don't know the answers. The big question was, which sutra of Patanjali defines yoga:

yes, yogasch chitta vritti nirodah. The second sutra in Patanjali. How many times, how many times to remember this,before the tide of the mind sweeps it away back into amnesia... the mind does not like to be annihilated... All the time, this evidence... from people who say, I feel this, I fear this, I want this, I don't want this... How does it matter, if the mind did not matter:)
