Hello there,

Can you recommend good yoga/meditation techniques for gas? I tried everything from Bean-o to acupuncture and someone suggested yoga or meditation to help. Any advice is appreciated

Do vajrasana and try pawanmuktasana series. For relief through mudra, it is pressing the index finger down with thumb.
