Daily Health Gyan

Biki -- my Muay Thai instructor says and I swear by his commonsensical approach to health -- that to get super cuts in your muscle, esp if u are working out for it, you must drink lots of water. However, not during work-outs but before and after it... healthy muscles helps remove fat and gets itself repaired well, to sculpt itself into those cuts!
