Today's yogic tip

To prepare your body for the scorpion, u learn to hold the wheel well and strong. Basically work on the backbends... Then learn to fall from the headstand into the backbend or wheel. Or jump from your elbows into the half wheel... He, he, heee ... all tough, na? But the scorpion is where, as the old chauvinistic saying goes, the men stand tall from the boys ...
