But actually this based on EFT and acupressure and let's not forget the thymus your immune gland is there. Earlier th medical world felt the thymus, which starts the size of an orange when young and begins to shrnk as we enter twenties to size of an alma (gooseberry) , will not revert to normal size. But lately they discovered the thymus can be coaxed back to super health. A lot of yoga poses, which expand your chest, also work towards that.
