Daily Health Gyan

Do not bathe immediately after a hard core workout even though u may crave the shower or feel grimy. A 20-minute gap will allow the crucial micro-nutrients released with the sweat to be reabsorbed into the body. Some of these nutrients are trace elements that the body prepares and stores with great effort, so do not waste it with a bath, and wash it away. Same rule for wiping face during any work-out. Let the sweat dry naturally on the body.
