ANSWER: Vajrasana, actually! Because the heel to butt pressure presses into the powerful vajra nadi (a marma/acupressure point) -- an energy meridien -- which serves as a cure-all to a lot of ailments. Which may be why it is also not such an easy pose to acquire...

QUESTION: Which is the only yoga asana allowed after a meal? Why?

Vajrasana. Bcos it directs the blood flow to the central part of the digestive system..

Vajrasana, Y becoz this asana is supposed to direct the blood towards the stomach, thereby helping for digestion
