Daily Health Gyan: flexibility is all

And not just because I am a yoga teacher, but include flexibility exercises in all that u do, plus check your flexibility quotient by seeing if u can touch your toes. The more flexible u are, the more organised is your blood circulation. I recall reading a research which says that the carotid artery experiences 25 per cent boost in its functioning in a flexible person -- explains why yoga people have more energy?! Flexibility means an efficient heart (for those who have no clue what a carotid artery does!)
