Query: Which pranayama  is appropriate for high blood pressure -- bhramari (humming bee) or kapalabhati (skull cleansing hyperventilation). Actually I had already dealt with this, in a different question. So, even if u are following or if u are instructor, or a wanne be instructor, this should be common knowledge...
