- Milk, milk products
- Fruits, dry fruits
- Seasonal vegetables
- Cereals, wheat, unpolished rice, jowar, bajra, corn
- pulses - moong, green and yellow.
- sprouted cereals and pulses
- ginger, turmeric, cummin, coriander powder
- Honey, jagery, misry (Indian Crystal sugar), raw sugar
- Ground nut or til oil
