Yogic tip for today

The inverted V (Mountain pose, downward facing dog) is one of the most cure-all poses for all spinal problems. In fact, it is one of the rarest poses in spinal problems (in spinal problems each part has different poses due to the contraindications) where it may be used to control and cure upperback/middleback/lowerback. It has the least contraindications and can be safely practiced even by heart patients.

In the Yoga Practice here, they use the downward facing dog pose at least 6-8 times in a class that is 75 min long.

Not a day is complete for me without doing this Pose ( Downward facing dog ).I had a spinal surgery 2 years before & this pose has restored a very normal life by improving by flexibility & strength 10 folds.3 repetitions of a Vinyasa flow from Plank to Downward Dog & Upward Dog is equalent to 5 hours of traction that is prescribed by Orthopaedics in case of Low back pain.
