Daily Health Gyan

Meditation can lower blood pressure, restore homeostasis in the body. There is always a huge resistance to this, but something powerful begins to happen with regular meditation. Even the T-cells, immune cells, generation, has been found to increase through regular meditation:) Not many are lucky to be able to do it... So start today... Mainly, it keeps u younger also because of the effect on the parasympathetic nervous system...

Shameem I have Low blood pressure
and like to do and try not to do long so should I stop the meditation
or anything else I could do to raise it?.
Please help .Also when stand up it lower even more.
