Today's Mumbai Mirror had this article that if you want to lose weight faster, improve cognitive ability, remove postural defects,  u must learn to run backwards! One track of backward running would amount to six tracks distance run forward! Problem is, if u try that in Joggers' Park you are going to bump into people who are making it into a nice summer mela place!! I may try it in my hall, at least I know what is behind me!!
