The humble upma has won an Indian a super chef prize:) Now just discovered that the even more humble coconut chutney, which goes well with upma btw, is a great and simple and effective way to be rid of intestinal worms. At breakfast, just a tablespoon of freshly ground coconut (as chutney is a great way to have it) will clear your insides of these critters.
