Daily Health Gyan

If you are painful and hurting post workout it could just be that your supporting tissue like collagen (also needed to look young) is not getting its nutrient supply. This comes from blue-red fruits (blue berries, strawberries), protein (has to be part of your diet if your workout is intense), green tea (which prevents collagen breakdown), vitamin C (which has its own contribution in the collagen factory of your body:) and garlic...
I cannot think where I will get blue berries, but garlic (yes, Listerine, here I come!!:). green tea (also aids weight loss and spikes metabolism) seems easy enough to include. And vitamin C, vitamin C, vitamin C!! The repairing agent.... I believe in it tremendously!

I read everyday and sometime go over more than once a day .
I have question should inversion poses like Sarvangasana be done before the warrior pose ,dog down and child pose,boat pose etc? Please help.
