Daily Health Gyan

Resistance training though often confused with machine, gym or weightlifting, is another type of workout altogether which requires you to fight gravity, and use entire body movement to fight that drag. This is used to tone muscles to superior strenght, stamina, plus increase bone density... Even a simple move can become tough if done with this focus in mind. Instead of doing several movements (power yoga -- yuck)...
