Today's yogic tip

For advanced headstand variations u must curve your stomach in and arch your back, with the palms (if doing nirlamba variation) or elbows (if doing salamba variation) to lift your legs... this gives you confidence and flow in advanced poses. Keeping the back straight needs strength. Folding the back, curving it requires focus. Which would u rather have??!!!
