Today's yogic tip

In all advanced headstand movements, including dynamic ones, you need to move your hips back to tipping point, curve your back, shift the weight to neck and shoulders, focus on elbows. Simultaneous awareness is why these become advanced. Some people do these with force and strenght... but often, they will not be able to hold these poses for long because the neck will let go suddenly and the spine will hurt and stamina will flag suddenly. Also, the neck muscles will contract. In a good practice, the neck muscles will become supple and elastic:)
