Yogic tip for today

The toes and feet version of the wheel -- some schools teach the wheel this way so that you lift from the toes. It is the easier way, in my opinion. Engaging the entire feet in the leg demands more from your hips. Try both to shift muscular awareness and intensify the pose. Do not favor the toes' only version. It looks pretty, but is only half way there:)
