Answer and query

ANSWER: Both are actually very similar posesso both help the kids grow taller. One is supine and other is standing, that is all:) If you want your kid to grow tall, then tadasana in a dynamic form -- walking on toes, with arms extended overhead -- is better.

QUERY: Which sort of poses are difficult to execute -- fast paced ones, dynamically. Or static ones, where you hold a pose for half minute or more?

Holding poses for extended time is more difficult but at the same time satisfying and makes dynamic poses 'doable' as they increase both strenght n flexibility(mam hoping I understood the question rite!)
