Yogic tip for today

The gomukhasana, which must be neglected a lot in classes, is a great preparatory pose for several more intensive practices... it is a complete body stretch. It also challenges the breath a lot when held for long.. and since we are discussing Natrajasana today, gomukh may be done earlier and practiced with comfort, to be able to reach Natrajasana more easily. .. because it creates the hip flexibility and leg tone needed for the pose.
