Daily health gyan: massage

When u are having massage for joint pain or spinal problem, ensure the masseuse is trained enough not to work the joints at all. The muscles around the joints are the ones which need to be worked out. And a good back massage for spinal problem involves working on the muscles away from the muscles, along the spine. The last Shiatsu massage I had, that is the way the girl moved the hands, it was very soothing:)
