Daily health gyan: when to eat fruits

According to naturopathy, fruits in the morning is gold, in the afternoon silver, at night it is lead.

This is to say the nutrient value of fruit progressively lessens as the day progresses..

Ya Fruits aka all three berries with Banana and add water make to smoothie for morning without any milk or yogart .
Shameem need your advice one more time as I learned honey in tea not good .
Can Molasses be as bad putting honey in tea? Or thats ok.
