Yoni mudra (Hand gesture of the womb)
Sit in a meditative pose. Shut eyes. Interlock fingers. Stretch out index fingers, so each tip touches. Extend thumbs so their tips touch each other. Hold the hands in this fashion at the navel. Stay in this manner while meditating.
Benefits: It expands the consciousness, brining you closer to your spiritual goals. It controls the water, earth, space elements in your body and thus involutes the senses towards a higher purpose. Its more commonplace utility would be to de-stress.
