Daily health gyan: rosemary tea


Rosemary tea
A  mild tea that sensitizes you to your own mind.

Ingredients: Two cups water.  One and half tsp  fresh rosemary, chopped. . (Or  heaped tsp of dried leaves).  Honey to sweeten (Optional).

Preparation: Boil water, take off stove. Add rosemary, and steep for five minutes. Strain leaves to have hot or chilled. Add honey for taste, if having cold.

How it works: Rosemary is said clarify thinking process and stimulate mental activity. It hikes metabolism, making it efficient. But avoid if having high blood pressure. Also detoxifies
