Yogic tip for the day: for the wheel

For the wheel, the eastward stretch pose (purvottanasana) is a great preparation. This is also referred to as the inverted plank pose and while starting on it, stay with the knees bent if you are not used to exercise or have weak wrists. This helps tone the arms and prepare the wrists for the challenge of the wheel.
