Yogic tip for the day: swar yoga on when to eat

Swar yoga or the esoteric yoga of nostril flow awareness suggests that we must eat only when the right nostril is flowing. This is to ensure that the right nadi, the pingala which is the active one (corresponding to the sympathetic nervous system) is flowing. This in turn ensures that digestion's various stages will be completed well within our system.
