It has become difficult to keep track of the number of books coming out of the Bihar school of yoga:)
I ordered a few books online, after stumbling on them accidentally.
This one Karma and Karma Yoga is by Swami Niranjananda Saraswati, current head of the yoga school.
Here is a new idea of a karma that many of us may not have heard, in his words:
Daiva karma
Cosmic Karma or daiva karma is only performed by one who has surrendered to the higher course. Then God takes over and uses you as the intrument to bring forth the melody which God wants to play. As the prayer by St Francis says -- Make me an instrument of Thy peace.It will only happen when total surrender has taken place,not before. Not as long as you are working with your ego. We work with our ego at all levels of karma - the selfish, selfless and welfare-oriented. There is no ego in prarabdha becaue you don't know what it is, how to manage or control it. And there is no ego in daiva karma because you are not the doer., God or guru is the instructor.
