QUERY: What is the best yogic trick to wake up, if u feel sluggish, before meditation?

I am not sure,but my guess would be to do some asanas-like downward dog or pashchimottasana..

Am not sure about this, but perhaps about 6 to 10 rounds of alternate nostril breathing will do it? Or maybe just the right nostril alone?
