Yogic tip for the day

How to start on this powerful practice of vajrasana...

Sitting in it for a few seconds initially is great. Keeping a towel or soft small cushion between heels and hips another option, to relieve the stretch at the ankles. Keeping something soft similarly at the knees another option. The knees spread out, initially also is good for those whose legs are over stiff. Initially u feel that u canno do this pose at all... but daily practice, and trying to sit it in several times during the day can surely get u there....
