Cramps are a big nuisance in a yoga class and happen quite often. They cause dramatic reactions from people.. hopping about, attempts to vigorously shake the body part etc. Actually if u stop moving, the cramp will pass. Then maybe u need to see that your food has calcium, magnesium and potassium. If that is Latin for you, then u need dark green vegetables, low fat dairy food, frsh fruit, whole grains, oily fish, sea food, nuts and seeds.
