Book promo:)

That is I, indeed, promoting my book Yoga in the Workplace.  Shot at Delhi, at the Park Hotel spa, near the reception. After early morning classes,  long flight delays, and rushing about like a maniac, having not eaten since eleven am, finishing off the workshop about eight pm, and then, doing the shoot and smiling and smiling.  If u did not do yoga, I guess u cannot smile:) That is the wonder of my beloved yoga... that u can  smile at the end of a hard day and make it seem like it was nothing at all...
