Today's yogic tip

Yoga guru Iyengar advises that those who have high blood pressure must first do halasana (for at least three mins) before attempting sarvangasana for long.
Problem is that most people with high blood pressure are rather stiff... so, u need to work towards flexibility (hips, back of the legs, around knees) before attempting these poses.
