Daily Health Gyan

Spotted this in the Harmony magazine, where I write a column for the silvers ... apparently for those who have limb co-ordination issues, it is best to exercise or dance to music to improve it. This prevented falls to a significant degree. I also find that running to music is very soothing and if I am following the raga with focus, the breath seems to expand and I can run that extra mile... Mind, and its need for entertainment? Or just maybe that it cuts out distractions from one sensory organ to improve your kinesthetic skills...There is a lot about balance, cerebellum that they still have not cracked...
