Today's yogic tip

Hey, went to Toto's on Saturday and had a sizzling drink -- Long Island Iced Tea! Two of them! Killers! I innocently told my husband that I wanted a gentle sip that will not make me lose control, and he recommends THIS heavy-duty one!! Any case, I survived it, and was nicely floating... perhaps my left nostril was flowing. If having liquids (hey, the swar yoga experts must have meant booze for sure!) then you must make your left nostril flow. For solids, the right nostril...(Buffet at Barbecue Nation, here I come!)
So, left for drinks, right for solids...

Just wondering idly.... Could this be a nice no-fuss method to build in resistance to drinks (over time) for alcoholics? Something like do breathe-in/breathe-out 20 to 30 times only thru right nostril before you hit the bottle? Just an idle thought.. no need to dwelve on or reply...

Of course feltra. for serious addicts yoga is the high... they don't need it if they have a daily practice. I myself do it just for the heck and don't need a drink to float. I know this is true (de-addiction with yoga) having quit chain smoking with yoga...
