ANSWER: Yes, surya namaskar for sure!! And also kapalabhati pranayama. Yes, also surya bhedha or right nostril breathing. Bhastrika, maybe, but is too advanced...:)
(This is ideal for morning time when the sense of lethargy is more)
QUERY: What practice  calm a restless mind before meditation? This is the state in the evening when the mind can keep going back to the day's events and will not calm down...
