Daily health gyan: skin care

Too much sugar is bad, not just for those who are pre-diabetic/diabetic or those with blood pressure. Apparently sugar changes collagen, the supportive tissue under your skin which gives it the young look, and makes it hard instead of supple. This can cause premature aging, wrinkles even in the young.
Are we talking sugar-laced drinks, dear youth?
