Biki, my trainer, is has been at me to increase my protein supplement, sp since my diet has practically nothing called protein in it:( since it is largely veg. So, yes, protein and hair growth are linked, which may explain my frizz. Blah.. So, yes, am off to Neulife to get myself my whey protein supplement, and watch my muscles grow and my hair sleeker:) U also get protein from lentils and yoghurt -- but hair seems to be more luscious on those who have more zinc and vitamin B in their foods, have u noticed? All red meat stuff... what to do??
