Yogic tip

Most people waste the standing crescent pose(second and 11th pose in the sequence)  in the surya namaskar, approaching it too fast or too slackly. It is actually a pose which works the entire body if done right. And also used to treat respiratory problems and heart issues. To do it right, ensure hands remain straight (instead of bending at elbows), keep legs straight (instead of bending at knees) and drop the neck (that makes the neck strong too:)
