Yogic tip for today

If u want to stay in the headstand for long, feel how ur spine is holding u up.. People who curve their back while up (comes from not straigthening up the back, which curves in the first stage of the headstand,  as u open your legs) will have less control and shorter stays. This is because pressure shifts to the lower back (stomach pops in front) or because the legs have shifted too much back (neck takes the brunt).
