Headstand variation:ekapada bhumisprahasana

This is a sweet variation of the headstand. For this u should already be able to cycle confidently in the headstand, moving legs forwards and backwards dynamically. After that is achieved, this pose is a cake walk. If there is a difficulty it is only in lifting the leg back up without toppling over:)
Dropping the leg sideways can also worry who do a shaky headstand leg cycling...
