Yoga for stammering, what the Bihar school says

Someone had asked me for yoga for stammering.
You should find all these poses given below and details on how to do them over the web.
Also the CD Shiva Shambo -- which repeats  the Maheswara stotra, 108 times, may be used. This stotra has the Sanskrit syllables strung together in a tongue-twisting fashion. It is said to be used in dealing with stammering. It is easily available, even over the net, and is a best-seller from the Times Music catalogue. Chanting along with it has a powerful effect....

Here is what the Bihar school advises for stammering:
  • All neck movements called Greeva sanchalana
  • Simhasana (Please note this is different from the simhagarjasana -- which is dynamic)
  • Matysasana (Fish)
  • Supta vajrasana (Lying thunderbolt)
  • Naukasana (Boat)
  • All balancing poses
  • Mayurasana (peacock)
Pranayama: Bhramari, ujjayi, sheetali, seetkari
Kriya: Neti
Meditation: Mantra chanting, yoga nidra
