Daily Health Gyan

Was trawling for flexibility foods, and found that across the board green, leafy stuff are said to make you more flexible.. I remember blogging earlier on how turmeric is regarded as a yogi herb because it also promotes flexibility.  But I know some hard core meat eaters who are super flexible -- I guess that comes from gelatin, another thing that a lot of vegetarians use (jellies?) without knowing it actually comes from animal sources (from bones and cartilege) unless it is specifed as vegetarian, in which case it may be something drawn from seaweed..
