Today's yogic tip

Hey, so sorry guys, by mistake pressed the delete button and instead of publishing your comments deleted it. So, here is the response Sonia, the fish is also regarded as a backbend. Lot of people have a big issue with the fish, they feel dizzy, so it is not as easy as it looks for u(not exotic, I meant::)
For releasing mental tension, the best pose is the leg lift, but doing long holds (five minutes at least) each legt...
