Daily Health Gyan

Eating a late or heavy dinner will definitely affect your yoga practice. U may either feel too lethargic or dull. Or you will find the flexibility you otherwise enjoy in certain poses reduced dramatically. So wind up dinner by 8.30 and eat light. Avoid heavy-duty meat(if non-veg) late in the night if you love your sadhana!
