Today's yogic tip

Why I like the Sivananda sequence -- because it is very scientific. A good way to wind up your yoga session is with a standing balancers. They must follow an inversion (that head can begin to feel normal once more:)

Shameem so the inversion poses should be done @ the end of the practice?.
I do standing poses and then sitting poses followed by breathing and rest.
